RESUMEN Objetivo: Este estudio presenta, a partir del diagnóstico de las características de la cultura compartida en la empresa, los tipos de integración empresarial adoptados por los organismos analizados, como estrategia para enfrentar los retos de un mercado competitivo, dinámico y globalizado. Método: Mediante las técnicas multivariadas de análisis de la varianza (ANOVA) y factorial por componentes principales (AFCP). Resultados: El análisis realizado muestra una escasa utilización de la integración, como estrategia competitiva, lo cual se explica con los resultados de la caracterización de la cultura empresarial que revelan. Conclusiones: La mayoría de las empresas estudiadas tienen un enfoque estratégico hacia su interior. ABSTRACT Objective: This study shows, from the diagnosis of the characteristics of the shared culture in the company, the types of business integration adopted by the analyzed organisms as a strategy to face the challenges of a competitive, dynamic and globalized market. Materials and method: Through the multivariate techniques of the variance analysis and factorial by principal components. Results: The analysis shows a low use of the integration as a competitive strategy, which is explained by the results of the business culture characterization that it reveals. Conclusions: Most of the companies that have been studied have a strategic approach to its interior.Downloads
