MODERNIDAD EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN CAFETALERA ROMA DE LA REGIÓN DE COATEPEC, VERACRUZ

Esta investigación analiza los aspectos que inciden de cierta manera sobre los procesos que conducen hacia la modernidad por parte de la organización objeto de estudio, al hablar de modernidad se deben contemplar elementos tanto estructurales como tecnológicos, de tal manera, que les permitan establecer cierta flexibilidad ante las exigencias de su entorno. Durante años, el café constituyó un pilar económico para el país y para los estados cafetaleros, en este momento, la situación que guardan las organizaciones cafetaleras resulta muy lamentable, tanto que algunas de ellas han reorientado sus esfuerzos hacia otras actividades económicas, su reactivación representa la generación de empleos y divisas con las exportaciones del grano, entre otros aspectos favorables. La información obtenida permite evaluar la situación que guarda la organización productora, beneficiadora y exportadora de café Roma representativa de cafeticultura de la región de Coatepec, Veracruz.
