The study is developed on the usefulness of multidisciplinarity in the teaching of the subjects that make up the curriculum of the degrees in administration, accounting and business; focusing on working on dignity and human rights as key elements so that graduates of these degrees consider the importance of their actions, as well as the role they play in daily life as human beings and professionals. Graduates in professional practice present behavioral errors reproducing attitudes implanted by custom, which does not allow them to perceive them and, therefore, they are prevented from making changes in their actions; Having professional training that is based on the study of human rights, ethics and dignity will allow them to have tools to perceive the scope and meaning of the sustainable development objectives.
