Dignity and ethics, their scope in social responsibility to train professionals and entrepreneurs

OBJECTIVE: To show the usefulness of multidisciplinarity in the teaching of the subjects that make up the curriculum of the bachelor's degrees in administration, accounting and business, based on dignity and human rights as important elements in acting as human beings and professionals.
MATERIAL AND METHOD: The study was carried out using the qualitative approach, case study; applying an interview with open questions to eighth semester students of the bachelor's degree in humanities and business, who are about to graduate.
RESULTS: Social responsibility corresponds to companies for the care of the environment; they are unable to describe the various aspects that are the subject of this, so it is difficult for them to relate it to dignity, ethics and human rights, they have the notion of these concepts, but refrain from locating them as tools to perceive the scope and meaning of the objectives of sustainable development.
CONCLUSIONS: The study population does not reach to perceive issues related to social responsibility, in addition they do not identify the importance of dignity, ethics, human rights in their environment as social beings and their contribution to the achievement of a just society.
