RESUMEN Los nuevos modelos de producción del conocimiento, plantean a las instituciones de educación superior su reestructuración. Basada en la gestión del conocimiento, las universidades generan capital cultural para interactuar en el contexto global. Bajo esta premisa, en el presente ensayo se efectúan algunas reflexiones sobre el concepto y aplicabilidad del e- Learning (sistemas de gestión de aprendizaje) que apoyen el funcionamiento organizacional del nuevo modelo educativo de la Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, centrado en el aprendizaje y en la flexibilidad, con el objeto de facilitar a la administración, docentes y alumnos, contribuir y acceder a la información disponible y construir conocimiento; así como desarrollar competencias profesionales. ABSTRACT The new models of knowledge production propose the higher education institutions their restructuring based on the knowledge management. In this way, the universities generate cultural capital to interact in the global context. Under this premise, in this essay there are some reflections related to the concept and applicability of the e-learning that can support the organizational operation of the new educational model of the Universidad Juarez Autonoma de Tabasco, centered on the learning and flexibility, in order to facilitate the administration, students and teachers, contribute and access to the available information, and build the knowledge as well as develop the professional competencies.Downloads
