EL ESTADO MEXICANO EN EL MARCO DE LA GLOBALIZACIÓN.

Abstract

RESUMEN Reflexión acerca del fenómeno globalizador de la economía, recurrente y totalizador, que aparece cuando las sociedades alcanzan un grado de complejidad que les permite intercambiar el excedente productivo, y sus consecuencias en la historia y la cultura planetaria. Al mismo tiempo se analiza la formación del estado mexicano y del modelo político-económico del México moderno, con estado benefactor e interventor en la economía, hasta la aparición del fenómeno globalizador y su entronización en el país. Finalmente, se analizan los efectos que el cambio de modelo produjo en la economía, el estado y la administración pública en México. ABSTRACT Reflection about the globalizing phenomenon of the economy, recurrent and totalizator, that appears when the societies reach a complexity degree that allows them to interchange the productive surplus, and its consequences in the history and the planetary culture. At the same time the formation of the mexican state and the political-economical model of modern Mexico are analized, with the benefactor state and controller in the economy, until the appearance of the globalizing phenomenon and its enthronement in the country. Finally, the effects that the change of model produced in the economy, the state and the public administration in Mexico are analyzed.
