RESUMEN Objetivo: Reflexionar sobre aspectos de la vida cotidiana de mujeres gestoras ante situación de desastre por inundación en Tabasco. Materiales y método: Se tuvo la experiencia de participar en una capacitación de 25 mujeres líderes, como una prueba piloto para introducir la perspectiva de género en los trabajos comunitarios en Tabasco, la cual fue impartida por integrantes de la organización COMALETZIN A.C., aplicando la metodología para trabajo con mujeres rurales y fortalecimiento organizativo. Resultados: Las mujeres han desarrollado capacidades antes no reconocidas por ellas, como es la habilidad de gestionar apoyos y servicios en sus comunidades a partir de conocer sus derechos como ciudadanas. La formación adquirida, a partir de su experiencia, las llevaron a descubrir y tomar conciencia de sus capacidades; tales como: organización, identificar problemas y jerarquizarlos para priorizar la gestión, así como capacitarse en temas de alimentación y salud, economías regionales y organización para la gestión y realización de proyectos productivos; todo esto acompañado de un esquema de microfinanzas a través de cajas de ahorro en la mayoría de los casos. Conclusiones: La experiencia de participación de mujeres en procesos de desarrollo local, es una actividad visibilizada en los últimos tiempos, donde la formación en diferentes tópicos y en especial la perspectiva de género es un elemento fundamental en la gestión de proyectos con posibilidades de generar su propio empleo y gestionar mejores condiciones de vida a nivel comunidad. ABSTRACT Objective: Reflect on aspects of everyday life of women managers to flood disaster in Tabasco. Material and method: It was the experience of participating in a training of 25 women leaders, as a pilot to introduce a gender perspective in social work in Tabasco, which was given by members of the organization Comaletzin AC, applying the methodology to work with women rural and organizational strengthening. Results: The women have developed skills not previously recognized by them, as is the ability to manage support and services in their communities from knowing their rights as citizens. The training acquired from his experience, led him to discover and realize their capabilities, such as organization, to identify and rank problems to prioritize management and training in nutrition and health issues, regional economies and management organization and execution of productive projects, all accompanied by an outline of microfinance through savings in most cases. Conclusions: The experience of women’s participation in local development processes is an activity made visible in recent times, where training on different topics and in particular gender is a key element in managing projects with potential to generate their own employment and manage better living conditions at the community level.Downloads
