En 1937 llegaron a la ciudad de Morelia 456 niños españoles. Venían con una maleta en la mano y la promesa de regresar con sus padres en cuanto terminara la Guerra Civil, misma que pensaban que ganaría la causa republicana. Pero la guerra se perdió y los niños envejecieron solos, lejos de casa Los niños de Morelia, es un estudio sobre los primeros refugiados españoles en México, que pertenece a la Colección Divulgación de la serie « Testimonios» y fue editado por el Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia. La autora Dolores Pla Brugat, es Doctora en Historia por la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de La Universidad Autónoma de México. Además es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores.Downloads
