EVALUACIÓN DE LAS RECOMENDACIONES QUE SE HACEN EN LA SECCIÓN, LA VISIÓN DE LOS ANALISTAS DEL PERIÓDICO EL ECONOMISTA PARA COMPRA Y VENTA DE ACCIONES EN LA BOLSA MEXICANA DE VALORES

Objetivo: Evaluar la conveniencia financiera de utilizar las recomendaciones que se hacen cotidianamente en la sección La visión de los analistas del periódico El Economista, en términos de los rendimientos que se pueden alcanzar con la compra y venta de acciones en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores.
Material y métodos: El material utilizado fue básicamente esas recomendaciones publicadas y que se tradujeron a operaciones simuladas de compra y de venta de las acciones consideradas en esa sección periodística. El procedimiento consistió en simular las compras y ventas de acciones de acuerdo a las interpretaciones que de ellas se hicieron siguiendo las orientaciones proporcionadas por la propia persona que coordina esa sección del periódico, la señorita Irasema Andrés Dagnini.
Las simulaciones se hicieron incluyendo comisiones de compra y venta para tener aproximaciones realistas de estas operaciones simuladas.
Resultados: Las conclusiones que se alcanzaron con estas simulaciones indican que, en términos generales, las opiniones vertidas en La visión de los analistas sí son un indicador que puede ser útil, junto con otros, para realizar operaciones de compra y venta de acciones en la Bolsa mexicana de Valores y obtener rendimientos por encima de los que se pueden lograr mediante inversiones sin riesgo, como los Cetes, aunque por otro lado, no se logró superar el comportamiento histórico promedio de los precios de las acciones en el mercado, medido éste mediante el Índice de Precios y Cotizaciones de la propia Bolsa.
