Abstract
En el discurso ideológico-político de las últimas décadas, ha sido muy recurrente el marcar la importancia de la educación y su relación con desarrollo económico del país. Perspectiva fundamental desde cualquier ángulo que se desee analizar, pero las diversas orientaciones que en política económica ha tomado el país, han marcado significativamente el rumbo de la estrategia de Estado en la cuestión educativa.
