PENSAMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO PARA EL DESARROLLO, CASO: IMPACTOS DE CALIDAD EN LAS EMPRESAS DE CAFÉ DE COATEPEC, VERACRUZ

En México, como en muchos de los países del mundo hay miseria, debido a las grandes desigualdades sociales pues todavía un porcentaje importante de los
habitantes carece de los servicios más elementales, como son: el agua potable, la electricidad, el drenaje. Los bajos salarios reales de gran parte de la población la condenan a vivir al margen de muchos satisfactores que la ciencia y la tecnología han generado. Pero no basta describir y enumerar las carencias porque son un sinfín, sino en proponer soluciones concretas y viables.
El presente estudio enfrenta la necesidad de formalizar un pensamiento administrativo de la calidad que mediante una metodología adecuada logre abarcar y
controlar las variaciones esperadas de las variables en estudio, que determinan los impactos que se generan en la comunidad, protección del ambiente y
empresa, mediante indicadores adecuados y precisos, cuyo objetivo es analizar la situación actual de la industria cafetalera. Caso: empresas beneficiadoras
de café del municipio de Coatepec, Veracruz.
