EL EMPRESARIO ADMINISTRADOR DE EMPRESAS PEQUEÑAS INDUSTRIALES CONSOLIDADAS EN VILLAHERMOSA, TABASCO

Objetivo: Conocer cómo son los empresarios de las pequeñas empresas que han logrado la permanencia de sus negocios en el mercado en la ciudad de
Villahermosa, Tabasco e identificar qué características del empresario y qué factores de la empresa han contribuido a su perdurabilidad.
Material y métodos: La investigación empírica se basa en la trayectoria de vida de un pequeño empresario industrial de la ciudad de Villahermosa, obteniendo la información a través de una entrevista a profundidad.
Resultados: Se identificaron aquellos factores que han propiciado la permanencia del negocio por cincuenta años, diferenciando los atribuibles a la personalidad del empresario de los que se atribuyen a la empresa.
Conclusiones: Las características del empresario que han incidido en la permanencia de la pequeña empresa estudiada son: Responsabilidad, ambición e iniciativa, trabajo arduo, equilibrio entre el tiempo dedicado a la familia y al negocio, actitud mental positiva, entusiasmo, visión de las oportunidades del mercado, fe, carácter, apoyo de su pareja, capacidad de distinguir las lógicas de administración empresarial y familiar e integridad y gratitud. Los factores encontrados en la empresa que han permitido la consolidación del negocio son: La tecnología utilizada, calidad y diversificación del producto y posicionamiento del producto en el mercado.
