PERCEPCIÓN DE LAS CONDICIONES INSTITUCIONALES DE LOS INVESTIGADORES DEL ESTADO DE YUCATÁN

Objetivo: Presentar la percepción que tienen los investigadores registrados en el Sistema Nacional de Investigadores del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y
Tecnología que laboran en las Instituciones de Educación Superior del estado de Yucatán, sobre las condiciones institucionales que dificultan su labor académica y de investigación relacionadas a la estructura organizacional.
Material y métodos: La metodología fue de enfoque mixto, de tipo cuantitativo a través de cuestionarios, y de tipo cualitativo a través de grupos de enfoque. El diseño del estudio es no experimental, transeccional de correlación.
Resultados: El valor con la media más alta, es la autonomía en la toma de decisiones. En cuanto a la supervisión no hay diferencias estadísticamente
significativas. Los de grupo de investigadores encuentran poco favorables las conclusiones de trabajo para el desarrollo de sus actividades, teniendo coincidencia en la tramitación excesiva en el manejo de los recursos.
Conclusiones: Los datos sugieren que los investigadores laboran en instituciones con estructuras bastante formales, con cierto grado de autonomía para
la toma de decisiones, cierta flexibilidad en la supervisión y una aplicación moderada de normas y reglamentos.
