IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LOS FACTORES PSICOMÉTRICOS SUBYACENTES EN LA ENCUESTA DE EVALUACIÓN DOCENTE DE LA UASLP

Objetivo: Evaluar la pertinencia de los reactivos en la encuesta de evaluación docente de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP) con la finalidad
de mejorarla.
Material y método: Se aplica la técnica del Análisis Factorial Exploratorio mediante componentes principales a los 26 reactivos de la encuesta del personal académico del Campus Rioverde de la UASLP en el ciclo escolar 2004-2005.
Resultados: Se logró agrupar la información de los 26 reactivos en 3 factores, que fueron: La aptitud del profesor, su dinamismo en clases y las formas de evaluar a los alumnos.
Conclusiones: Los 3 factores resultaron confiables y sugieren que el instrumento de evaluación docente debe modificarse y captar la misma información básica con menos reactivos.
