EMPRENDIMIENTO INNOVADOR: EL CASO DE LOS EMPRESARIOS DE SOFTWARE EN YUCATÁN

OBJETIVO: Evaluar el efecto del capital humano emprendedor y la innovación en el desempeño de la organización. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: El estudio fue transversal, con alcance correlacional. Fue elaborado bajo el método mixto, mediante un diseño embebido (embedded or nested design). El diseño mixto embebido, implica que en el diseño de recolección de datos cuantitativos hay insertar técnicas de recolección de datos cualitativas (Creswell y Plano, 2007). RESULTADOS: Las empresas de software yucatecas muestran resultados positivos en actividades de innovación y muestran que la innovación es una variable con un aporte positivo al desempeño de las empresas de software en el contexto de Yucatán. CONCLUSIONES: Este trabajo aporta evidencia que robustece el papel de la innovación en el desempeño de los negocios. Analiza los factores que propician el desarrollo de estas innovaciones como son los antecedentes familiares, la formación profesional. Destaca la importancia de los emprendimientos proactivos y el papel de este tipo de motivación para lograr que negocios innovadores de corte tecnológico como el software, generen buenos resultados en un ecosistema emprendedor poco favorable, como el de Yucatán.Downloads
