El hombre cuya necedad humana es insaciable que se manifiesta en su afán por anticipar oportunidades y amenazas futuras, cuya esencia es social, plural, cooperativa, de esta naturaleza se soporta los cimientos de la administración por medio de la cual se logra organizar e integrar su convivir en sociedad. De manera que es importante conocer, identificar y comprender cuál ha sido la valoración del hombre dentro de la evolución de las ciencias administrativas y organizacionales, razón por la cual se pretende como objetivo una reflexión epistémica a través de la genealogía de las teorías administrativas y las perspectivas gerenciales de este siglo, encontrándose como hallazgos que en esta era el hombre tiene la preeminencia como el nodo más relevante que le genera sostenibilidad a las organizaciones, por tanto se requiere de una revolución administrativa cuyo anclaje se centre en lo intangible, blando, humano, social, el conocimiento, las ideas, el lenguaje, la creatividad y la innovación.Downloads
