EMPRENDIMIENTO SOCIAL EN EL ÁMBITO DE LA CULTURA: CASO DEL PROGRAMA SONIDOS DE LA TIERRA DE PARAGUAY

OBJETIVO: Analizar una experiencia exitosa de emprendimiento social en el Paraguay. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: partiendo de la definición de los términos emprendimiento social y emprendimiento cultural, cuando este último, tiene como foco la realización de una transformación o cambio social a través de iniciativas en el ámbito de la cultura. Los datos fueron obtenidos a través de una exhaustiva revisión de la literatura y entrevistas a referentes para la obtención de la información. RESULTADOS: El caso de estudio corresponde al programa denominado Sonidos de la Tierra, iniciado en el 2002 y se mantiene vigente hasta la actualidad, debido a que el mismo se constituye en un programa innovador con gran impacto en las comunidades rurales, utilizando la música para crear capital social y reducir la pobreza. CONCLUSIÓN: Se considera que este programa es un ejemplo de sustentabilidad y replicabilidad por sus características y el empoderamiento que logró en las diversas comunidades del Paraguay.Downloads
