DIFERENCIAS EN EL PROCESO DE INFLUENCIA SOCIAL EN LOS SUPERVISORES DE UNA EMPRESA PÚBLICA Y UNA PRIVADA

RESUMEN Objetivo: Comparar la estructura formal de una empresa del sector público y una privada, determinando el mapa y midiendo las relaciones y los contactos entre las personas del mismo grupo o departamento de la organización. Material y método: Para el estudio se uso el análisis de redes sociales como técnica para desarrollar el mapa grupal, mediante el cual se obtuvo la cohesión, las relaciones entre individuos por departamento en la organización. Resultados: Los resultados en la cohesión del grupo y el porcentaje de supervisores con mayor influencia en el grupo, son ligeramente más altos en la organización privada. Conclusiones: No se encontraron diferencias significativas entre los resultados de ambas empresas. ABSTRACT Objective: Compare the formal structure of a company in the public sector from another one in the private sector by determining the map and measuring the relationships and contacts between people of the same group or department of the organization. Material and method: For this study the analysis of social networks was used as a technique to develop the group map in order to determine the cohesion of the relationships among individuals of each department in the organization. Results: The results in group cohesion and the percentage of supervisors with more influence in the group are slightly higher in the private organization. Conclusions: No significant differences were found in the results of the comparison between these two kinds of organizations.Downloads
