Factores sociodemográficos y satisfacción laboral en colaboradores de una empresa de telecomunicaciones.

Resumen

OBJETIVO: Analizar los factores sociodemográficos y su relación con la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores en empresas de telecomunicaciones.

MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: Enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y correlacional, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, aplicando cuestionarios a una población de 200 colaboradores de las empresas de telecomunicaciones.

RESULTADOS: Los factores sociodemográficos muestran una relación selectiva en la satisfacción laboral, siendo los años de experiencia más fuerte (Rho=,254).

CONCLUSIONES: De las siete dimensiones de la variable factores sociodemográficos, solo cuatro (género, edad, tipo de contrato y años de experiencia) mostraron relaciones estadísticamente significativas con la variable satisfacción laboral.
