Liderazgo femenino: Facilitadores, barreras y el camino hacia la inclusión

Resumen

OBJETIVO: Identificar los factores clave que facilitan el liderazgo femenino y las barreras que limitan su plena integración en el ámbito directivo, así como evaluar su impacto en la inclusión organizacional.

MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura, analizando 39 artículos publicados entre 2023 y 2024. Se utilizaron bases de datos como Web of Science, Emerald y Elsevier, aplicando criterios de inclusión específicos para asegurar la relevancia y actualidad de las fuentes. El análisis de datos se llevó a cabo utilizando el software ATLAS.ti, que facilitó la codificación y categorización de los hallazgos.

RESULTADOS: Se encontró que el liderazgo femenino se caracteriza por cualidades que aportan un valor significativo en el ámbito empresarial, como un fuerte sentido ético, adaptabilidad y enfoque en la colaboración. Además, se identificaron barreras culturales, organizacionales y estructurales que limitan el avance de las mujeres en posiciones de liderazgo.

CONCLUSIONES: El liderazgo femenino no solo enriquece la toma de decisiones, sino que también promueve un entorno de trabajo colaborativo e inclusivo. Es crucial implementar políticas que fomenten la inclusión y superen las barreras existentes.
